My jewelry creations started as a personal need for balance. Raising children while working and going to school, required a creative outlet. Stringing beads filled the need and became a hobby. It was a simple way to enjoy time alone. Soon my friends started to request pieces from what I made. Thus, a business was born.

At a young age my mother enrolled me in jewelry-making classes. I loved it and began apprenticing for a designer in Denver. My goal as I create all my collections is to design timeless pieces that provide a sense of well-being for whomever wears it.

I live in Tucson surrounded by the Catalina and Rincon Mountains. Nature abounds and I draw inspiration from the serenity of the desert, the light in the sky (which, in Tucson, is everywhere) and of course from within myself.

And as my beautiful Belgian mother use to say, "Bijoux est un plaisir." Jewelry is fun!
